Bernice at Valley Florals was super kind, i ordered an arrangement and she was able to deliver in less than 3 hours. When arrived she waited 25 minutes to even get ahold of someone at the location. Called me and was super patient with me as i was calling from Texas. I recommend you all to let Valley Florals take care of you! I will definitely be calling them in the future.

Outstanding work and wonderful person the owner Berenice does amazing work and puts so much love into all her arrangements definitely recommend she has made me several arrangements for my loved ones and always out does herself!! 10/10!!!!

Exceptional service and product with multiple orders. I recommend and will use again. I am from out of town, and found Bernice willing and easy to communicate with over the phone and on their website. I was very pleased with the beautiful arrangement.

Bernice created this beautiful arrangement for our coworkers mother, after her husband passed away. You can't quite tell, but this over three feet tall and wide and will be displayed at the funeral proudly. There is a heart in the greenery on the left, and each flower was specifically chosen for this delicate occasion. The mother left us a teary voice note explaining how much these flowers meant to her, and we were so thankful to have put our trust in capable hands. We ordered from out of state, on a busy Friday afternoon and yet Bernice took the time to call and text back and forth with us on what she could get built immediately, so that it could be delivered that same night. On top of the incredible customer service and product, the price was phenomenal and blew other local florists out of the water. We are so lucky we stumbled across such a gem. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Bernice ❤️

I cannot say enough good things about this flower shop. My husband placed a last-minute order at the very end of the business day, and they still made it happen, delivering first thing the next morning. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and such great quality, fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully arranged. They genuinely made my day during a really hard week. We’ve lived here for three years, and my husband has ordered flowers multiple times from different places. This is the first florist that has truly come through in both service and quality. If you’re looking for a reliable florist that delivers on both timing and beauty, this is the place. Highly recommend.

Out of state customer here! I’ve ordered from Valley Florist for the past 2 years for my AZ family member. Ordering online was smooth, also contacting went smooth when confirming order was received.
